It Maybe a good idea if someone shuts this blogsite down, all everyone does is slag each other and the company off and as its an open site the customers can see just what we think.
So when the company come in and finish ex amount of us up we only have ourselves to blame,
Nice one lads it could be you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Won't be just the fitters once they have lost all the customers.

The customers are already fed up of being ripped off and treated like muck. You only have to look at Money Saving Expert and they are more likely to read that than this.

gb oil health and safty policy is a joke if you put a unsafe site report in the company justs sends another driver to do the delivery without telling the driver a report has bean sent in the problem is that nobody can be botherd from the management to go and look at the site because they may lose the customer

Well said 7.25. It happens all the time and only if us drivers notice and tells the other driver ,the delivery is usually made..It is usually given the the "Yes Man" driver who will do anything to get a pat on the back

Hello, i drive for Pace, is it realy as bad as you lot are saying, also we`re a big company with our own depots and stations, lots and lots of people are realy worried about there jobs especially all the office staff. I just hope GB Oils take it seriously because its peoples lives and family`s at stake.

Also i see you got a 4% pay rise, well thats 4% more than we got, how do all your contracts work, are you all on one or are you all still on your original ones, surly would make sence for all drivers to be on one contract.

    Hi Mate
Yes it's as bad as you can get. As for GB Oils worried about you family's don't all they worry about is how much can thy screw out of the punters!!! When they took us over we where promised the world and what we got was the bowels of Hell with this lot.Pay offs that was promised that would not happen started with in the first six months drivers, office staff, boiler engineers and managers the lot apart from all the ass wipes. Then there was the promies of new trucks!!!! Haha you will see.Pay rise well that 4% should go on to your pay on your anniversary date but dont hold your breath. This outfit wants us all on different rates so it can divide the workforce .Simply if you have a workforce that are divide the it will not Unite against the company.
As for all the wankers that will come on hear and say if you are not happy with gb oils leave!!!!! but we did not get a say in comming in the first place.
    Good luck.

You don't get looked after if you hurt yourself at work either. A young lad broke his leg whilst at work and is left with no pay.

Just wanted to say YOU ARE THE UNION. If you are waiting for some guy to turn up and sort you problems the n you will have a long wait. The union only had power as long as you support! YOU must stand together in saying NO!!
