NOTICE
Further to the recent correspondence from the Company regarding the rejection of the pay offer, I would advise you that unless progress can be made at the next meeting with the Company the prospect of a ballot for industrial action will become inevitable. Therefore, I would ask that all Union members check with their relevant stewards to confirm that the contact details we have are correct and up to date. This information is vital should we need conduct a ballot for industrial action.
I thank you for your continued support and understanding during these negotiations.

Dont piss about just fucking strike!!. Only way they will listen when profits are not there as no work has been done!!.
ReplyDeleteI would like to hear the sit G.B Oils come out with this year to tell us that they cant afford a pay rise for the men that work their arses off for them.
ReplyDeleteand adding to that recording record £££££££££ in there bank account and not a little share for the very very very hard working driver's and employees of this company.
ReplyDeleteGROW UP DIRECTOR'S I SAY.
they say they can,t afford to give us pay rise no wonder when at our depot on east coast we are competing for work AGAINST another GB OILS COMPANY that are delivering cheaper from 70 miles away time DCC looked at upper management to sort this out.
ReplyDeleteromour has it that managers and supervisors got 2.8% rise and 50 pound bonus for all there hard work last winter {what a joke} they should have been out there delivering to earn it. CAN ANYBODY VERIFY IF THIS IS TRUE if so DRIVERS should get another zero on to the end of that {5O}.
ReplyDeleteDo like I did folks and tell them to stick their job up their arse and walk out, I have never worked for such crap company.
ReplyDeletethe people on the shop floor do all the work and get paid peanuts while the so called managment make all the cock ups and get big bonuses.
compleat jokers
