THEY cant offer us a reasonable pay rise yet today they send a letter to make sure all HOLIDAYS are taken before the END OF THE YEAR.And not NOV,DEC,JAN,OR FEB.Only for special circumstances and not general holidays.Annual leave now to be taken in eight months or loose it.SO GUYS THEY WANT ANOTHER FULL WINTER OUT OF US FOR NOTHING.

well is it not time we all got the same RATE of pay for the same job instead of some on straight time and some on time and a half overtime and also some get double time for bank holidays and some dont 40 odd companies and 40 rates of PAY.And as for clothing what a load of cheap rubbish.

your union at the first pay talks had an offer which started to deal with the pay differentials between the brands but the drivers at the top weren't intrested so dont blame anybody other than your drivers.

Being a union member for 30yrs, and few strikes, ass licker no chance realiest yes, let me guess you're not one of the lower paid, I thought arthur scargill had retired maybe not? By the way the offer was 1.5% to 5.0% on a sliding scale.

In your first post it your Union ???your drivers but you say you have been in 30years + i just dont think this is the words of a Union member a company man or a office worker yes. if you what to post figures get them right ask a shop steward for them.As been one of the drivers at the top no. So you must be a company Ass Licker.
ps if you have been in this job for 30years you must be geting PAID what you are worth.

DIVIDE AND CONQUER, this is exactly what the company wants, drivers bickering amongst themselves.

Parity on pay is the company's problem not ours, I accepted my pay and conditions when I commenced my employment as we all did

This company which has made vast profits needs to bring all drivers up to the same level of pay and not expect the so called higher paid drivers to accept a lesser percentage which would amount to a pay cut.

Instead it prefers to pay its shareholders an increase of 5 percent on their dividends for 2 years running, and the top tier of managers huge salaries, where are they going to be on a cold wet dark winters morning?

So come we all need to stick together and work for parity on pay on our terms not theirs

In the meantime lets all stand together and fight for best percentage pay rise for all of us

tell you all what if we only get 3% if coming out of the union as we would have got that with out them ! the only hope we have is to unite against them ! and i think a lot of members feel the same ! so the fatcat union officials better get things moving or there own jobs maybe on the line ! does any one agree with me ????

i think that this has now gone on for far to long and the union had better start listening to its members.Lets wait and see whta they have to say after this latest meeting and then decide. MR UNION YOU HAD BETTER LISTEN TO WHAT WE SAY!!!you have allowed this to drag on for far to long and we are p*ssed off with all the delay tatics by both GB and the Union.Lets see a decent offer on the table and it had better be back dated

    1. is it not time union put it on the table what we want.2.did they ask the top brass why office staff and supervisors got the £50 bonus and drivers got nothing.3.if they want to save money sort out the routing from the correct depots in these areas.4. why do GBoils companys compete against each other on price for work.5.our depot has four companys competing for the the work the only real threat is the one owned by gboils them self customers cant beleive what is happening that a company cuts its own throat to get work its time IRELAND new about this mess....
