It has come to the attention of the Union that g b oils are sending e-mails to all depots asking that the management to try and find out how many Union members are in each depot.
AS YOU KNOW IT HAS SOD ALL TO DO WITH THEM SO IF YOU ARE ASKED "TELL THEM TO SOD OFF".
It looks like that they are looking to take you on???????????????????????
Why do the management of this company think that if you piss off your employees, not just drivers but some depot staff as well you will get a good response? now come on you guys you are being paid lots of money! and we are sure you HAVE had your 2009 increment!!! , well arn,t you clever you offer drivers a pay increment that you gave too staff without any discussion , what ****** planet are you on! i thought that with recent anouncments/ changes things might get a little better? just shows i know shit all , or is it you guys that know shit all? what i know is , if you treat folk right , they do right by you, if you can,t get that do you really deserve the wages you draw??? i am a driver for GB Oils and i post anonymous for fear of reprisal from management, which to be frank is shit! by the way my name is not Frank so don,t wet your knicks, but i do post on here, we all know you read this , but you dont have the bollocks to post anything even anonymous which just shows you dont give a FUCK about your staff or drivers and you arn,t worth ANY consideration either, see you on the gate! by the way no i am not in the union, Untill tommorow
