It's becoming more apparent that this blog is increasing in popularity week on week and unfortunately there is only one reason for this and that is because discontentment is becoming aggravated and more widespread.
Rest assured that the stewards are doing everything they can to implement a new structure as soon as possible. The new structure was discussed in detail in London on 24th November and hopefully we can get things moving after our meeting with the management on 17th December.
That's where the rest of you come in. We need members to come forward and volunteer to be part of the new structure and attend regional meetings to elect regional committee's. Never forget that YOU are the Union and without your support your steward might as well not be there.
If anyone is interested in either becoming a local or regional steward or even just helping to organise things please contact Fraser Ross and let him know your name, cab phone or personal mobile and the depot where you are based and he will put you in touch with either me or your local steward.
