Hi all we at Ellesmere Port depot were told a transport analyst who he said worked for gb oils, and has been brought in to analyse all the wagons and drivers to help reduce the running costs. the analyst was looking to cut back on fuel consumption based on idling over speed harsh breaking via the blue tree tracking system, we asked will this data to be used for disciplinary against the driver and he said not by him as its only his job to point out to the company were we can save money.
Then after winning our trust he and the depot supervisor followed a driver into the services were he produced a camera and took pictures of the driver up to no good and the driver was immediately suspended and the police were informed.
God i know that we are under PAID but sod that????

But for a company that wants to be a blue chip company !!! Haha don't make me laugh blue chip not even chocolate chip.
Remember you drivers are just like us staff. Just "shit" on the bottom of a managers shoe apart from the juniors ie staff that think they are mangers!!! you know the kind all depots have them. I bet it's the same for you drivers
