Well Sam says good by to us all in the magazine “Fuel Focus” you know the magazine that you all get?
Sorry that some of you get as it cost to much to print a copy for all you effing drivers . So if you get a minutes you can ask a member of staff for a look.
Any way back to the magazine .Our great leader sam has asked the staff “yes the staff” not you the effing drivers, if they had completed the questionnaire that the company had sent out to all the workforce at a great cost.
On the front page he describes GB oils as a democracy and giving the workforce the vote and I quote .It is no use unless you use it and certainly as a company, we are not a Dictatorship? As long as you are not a effing driver
Democracy no!! not even a banana republic.
Still on page one we have a member of staff getting a long service award.
Well from the drivers Peter congratulations but where are the awards for the driver out there I know one driver out there that was told oh sorry did we miss you out just go out a get some thing for your self and we will pay for it and another driver was to proud to say about is long service so got sod all.
Yes we look after the staff
Oh but wait on page two we have a mention of a driver
Oh that’s only the company trying to blow there own trumpet to the rest of the oil companies look we have a driver in the top three.

Page three,four,five all just about how good the staff are.
Page six we have depot focus on Southampton it says that the depot has a team of twelve yes 12 staff working day and night and have sold to date 103.395litres in four months.
I wonder how they got all the fuel out as the depot has 9 tankers and 9 drivers but not a word in the article about the effing drivers that have to go out in all whether to get the fuel out???
Page 7 competition but hell you can not enter as most of you don’t get the magazine.

Oh one more thing as you know over the last few years we have lost a lot of our colleges with payoffs but when it comes to the top of the tree Sam and the boys well it just not the same you see we need Sam so lets give him a new post Hell look at the money we have so good old Sam stays in is new post of the new part-time role as a non-executive Chairman of GB Oils.
