"Sad sad times"

Hi Fraser i am a tanker driver based at a depot in England i've decided to leave scottish fuels because i am sick of the way we are being treated by the company, its not a happy place to work anymore. You are constantly frightened to do your job, and i feel i have been victimised by certain management. I have simply had enough and have been lucky enough to find another job. Im happy to be leaving. Regards a Driver .

what about when you tell a router about drops with s i r reports on them and he replys if they cant be done it will result in a drop of volume which will mean not so many drivers will be required

how can drivers expect a decent wage rise with premium rates when you have people quite happy to start work at times like three am for straight time to HELP THE COMPANY ?
