The group's operating profit for the full year rose 12.8 per cent on a constant currency basis to €192.8 million

dcc Energy, dcc’s largest division, had another year of excellent operating profit
growth driven by significant development activity in Britain and continental
Europe. dcc Energy’s proven ability to identify, execute, integrate and extract
synergies from acquisitions was the key to this growth. The business also
enjoyed the benefit of a second consecutive cold winter, although temperatures
during the key trading months of April and from October through March were
overall similar to the prior year??????

dcc achieved constant currency revenue growth of 10.8% to €6.7 billion driven by acquisitions in dcc

well all surely now we must be entitled to a share of these profits after dcc having two very good years.Times dont look to hard when you see these figures so lets all support the shop stewards and fight for what we are due.Even the minimum wage is catching us up.

we will get offered a small wage rise and accept it ! the reason ? just go into work on monday look around you count how many drivers have balls and you will understand my statement ! we have only ourselfs to blame ! so stop whinging and just go about your jobs and moan as per usual ! or grow a set of balls because you wont get anything unless you are prepared to fight for it ! unfortuately i cant see this happening :( PS THE UNION KNOW THIS THATS WHY THERE HAS BEEN NO BALLET !

to any one who does not know Highland Fuels drivers have received 6% over the last 2 years so accepting less than that and we would be MUGS ! and we all know they get paid time for work and are not near pushed as gb oils drivers ! so come on lets stick up for ouselves ! gb oils might not think much of us drivers ! question is do we think enough of ourselfs to take them on ! beleive me if you want a par with highland fuels we are going to have to ?? please dont accept less than 6% !
