Dear Frazer and the rest of the shop stewards

You must think we are Mad, if you and the rest of Gb oils dipsticks think that we are going to agree to this!!!!

letter This is how i see it

(1) Still suffering & Loyalty

For a company that has just spent near EUR89.9 million (from Blog) on three new company's and €47.2M (Cash) for one. Then God knows what will happen if we do have a bad year. Loyalty yes the Staff and the drivers see all the loyalty that we get a F**KING Xmas Card from Sam and the Boys do any of you see the loyalty!!!! when you are out working in the snow, when you can not get your car out of the drive. NO Sam and the Boys and Girls are sitting on there fat backsides counting all the extra money that they are making from this cold snap!!!! and as for the rest of the crew well just don't???

(2) Control costes

"WELL JUST SORT OUT THE TRANSPORT" tankers off the road, drivers doubled up,

Low margin

HAHAHA ask the customers no price on the tickets Hahaha

Business and payroll costs are 50%

Yes it will be, if you are paying the Directors €3,377 million in salary and fees and that only for fourteen yes fourteen members of the payroll. ps dosent include shares.

Others copmanys have exited

Yes you have bought the all out ???

(3) Pay pause

You are just taking the piss!!!!

  1. Dear poster
Can you please forward the letter on to me as the Union do not know what you are talking about.
As for the pay review for 2009 the Union are still waiting for a reply from the company and as such i do not think that the company would send out a offer with out first contacting our Mr Webb.
    I hope this helps
    Kind regards Frazer

How long are we expected to wait for a pay review which was promised by the end of December ?
We need to have a ballot without delay to ascertain the feeling of ALL the union membership. The company are using time delaying tactics to test the resolve of us all.
With respect what are the union doing about it?
    We need to act now.
    Talk is cheap
We need to put up or shut up
